I am the theological librarian at the Rolfing Library of Trinity International University. My main areas of research are modern religious, philosophical, & social thought, as well as Christian doctrinal history. I am also interested in humanistic inquiry concerning law & politics, aesthetics, & history.
My research interests are pretty eclectic, but they are usually motivated by the same values, as is my work as a librarian: I think it is important to understand frameworks of ideas which make religious faith meaningful and durable; I think it is important to be at home in the world as it exists today; and I think it is important to preserve the integrity of humane institutions, or create such institutions where they are absent.
This is my personal page, where you can find information on my library work, research, & teaching.
